Yes, it looks like you may have a catalytic converter that is clogged due to the material inside that has come apart and is blocking the outlet of the cat. To be sure this guide can help:

P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input:

P0237 - Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low:

Both codes are for low signal which points to the exhaust being clogged for some reason so please inspect it for damage as well.
