Headlight assembly problem

Hi
My passenger low beam bulb went out few days ago. So I thought no biggie. Took it to monroe muffler who put a new bulb in but still didnt work. So I thought let me take it to my old school mechanic thinking it's an electrical issue. So today I did that and he told me that the ground connector to the bulb is broken and missing So You need a whole new housing unit.I said even though all the other bulbs work fine. He said yes
They dont just sell one connector for the low beam area
Just thought I'd ask here for your opinion
