Transmission problem
1992 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 220km miles

hey there,
my clutch has gone as the car resists to engage into the gears when I put the clutch in. But it does engage the gears when the car engine is off.
I know already that it is the clutch needing replacement and I have purchased a new clutch kit.

How much do you think it will cost me to get proffesionally fitted?

Depends on who you take it to, but generally anywhere from $600-900 for labor.

Most shops will not warrant the clutch unless they provide the part.

You may want to find a small garage or retired mechanic who still works on cars.
