Hi there,

you would be better off investing in a work shop manual this will give you a detailed step by step guide with all the pics you will need, more so than I can supply here. Manuals are not expensive and are a good investment in your car.

Excellent advice by mhpautos.

Buy a Haynes manual, they cost $15-20. It will also give you an idea of what you are getting into.

You will have to remove the transmission (suspend the engine with a crane or fixture).
You can also remove the entire transaxle (engine/trans).

Depends on your skill level and tools you have.
